Your tasks

• You lead our Raab Karcher branch in Waldshut-Tiengen
• Achieving the strategic and operational goals, such as attractiveness, cost efficiency, and profitability of the entire location
• With your strategic and operational leadership skills, you shape, develop, and motivate our well-established teams
• Maintaining and managing customer relationships and processes according to central guidelines of the divisions and in coordination with the sales managers
• Ensuring a purposeful and economical process organisation while adhering to central guidelines
• You conduct price negotiations with suppliers as a fair partner
• With creativity and commitment, you take on marketing measures such as craftsmen breakfasts, tool nights, or similar events

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training / degree in business administration or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in sales / sales manager / branch manager
• Sound knowledge in the field of building materials, building materials market, suppliers, and customers
• Experience in leadership as well as with controlling instruments, profit and loss accounts
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate employees
• Strong communication skills as well as confident and friendly demeanour when dealing with employees, customers, and suppliers
