About the job

The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.

From November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:

Care Specialist 80-90%

Your tasks:

Support, promotion and care of adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
Preparation of written documentation
Key worker duties
Participation in the household of the residential group
Collaboration with relatives and professionals

Your profile:

Completed training, preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing or in the nursing sector
Resilience in demanding situations
Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
