What to expect
- Deputising for the team leader
- Professional advice to customers on health insurance (basic and supplementary insurance) including preparing quotes and following up on various channels (especially by phone and in writing)
- Independently handling campaigns and accompanying our customers until contract conclusion
- Checking and processing customer feedback and initiating necessary measures
What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent education
- Experience in the insurance environment as well as existing certification as an insurance intermediary or commitment to complete the course
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as knowledge of other national languages or English
- Communicative personality with a strong flair for sales and consulting as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- High resilience and stamina as well as flexibility for overtime during peak periods
