Road Maintenance Worker

Technical Office / 80-100% / Splügen

The Technical Office is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of cantonal roads, as well as for the implementation of hydraulic works and non-motorized traffic in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 meters high and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton presents in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified office with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For the road maintenance department in district 7 Thusis, we are looking for a road maintenance worker starting July 1, 2026 or by agreement.
