Building Services Planner / Project Manager, Heating Specialisation 100%

Your tasks:

• Planning of new constructions and renovations
• Drawing plans and schematics
• Preparing tender documents and quotations
• Participating in customer meetings
• Meetings with customers, architects and planners
• Accompanying and supervising construction execution
• Administrative work (orders, scheduling, etc.)
• Independently managing project execution in technical, personnel, scheduling and financial areas from order receipt to completion

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a Building Services Planner EFZ, Heating specialisation
• Preferably you have a professional examination as Chief Heating Installer, Building Services Project Manager or have completed technical school
• You already have experience in personnel management
• You lead projects on site but are equally comfortable with office routines
• CAD and MS Office skills
• Familiar with the guiding principles and standards of the industry
• You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
• German spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
