Senior Fiduciary Officer

Your responsibilities with a view to the corporate goals:

In this versatile and responsible role, you will complement our accounting team and independently manage the accounting of selected companies within our corporate group. You will manage the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting and ensure a complete, timely and qualitatively flawless processing of all business transactions.

Your tasks include in particular the creation and posting of accounts receivable invoices, the checking and processing of accounts payable invoices, the preparation and execution of payment transactions as well as the posting and reconciliation of incoming payments. In addition, you will perform account reconciliations, manage dunning and debt collection processes and contribute to VAT returns as well as monthly, interim and annual financial statements.

As an experienced professional, you take responsibility for your areas of work, support the accounting team with demanding issues and work closely with management and other internal departments. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of our financial processes.

Your skills to advance us and our customers:

You have a commercial basic education and completed further training as a financial and accounting clerk. Further education, for example as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, is an advantage.

You have already successfully applied your expertise for several years in a comparable accounting role and have extensive experience in independently managing accounting. You work in a structured, precise and self-reliant manner, have a strong flair for numbers and keep an overview even with several companies managed in parallel.

Your entrepreneurial thinking, reliability and pronounced IT affinity distinguish you. You are very familiar with Microsoft products. Knowledge of the ERP systems ABACUS and SORBA as well as experience in the main construction or construction ancillary trades are advantageous and support you in efficiently managing your diverse tasks.
