Intern (M/F/X) on the STEP project of Aire
YOUR NEW ROLE:
For this internship, lasting 6 to 12 months, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
We are looking for a motivated intern to join the general planner's team on the construction site of the Aire wastewater treatment plant currently under construction.
Supporting the General Works Management, the intern will participate in the following activities:
- Site organization: preparation and follow-up of meetings with the client, the companies in charge of the different lots (civil engineering, equipment, automation…), and the design offices.
- Progress monitoring: assistance in updating schedules, monitoring performance indicators, identifying critical points.
- Reporting: writing reports, updating dashboards, synthesizing ongoing actions.
- Execution control:
- Verification of compliance with current standards and regulations,
- Monitoring adherence to hygiene and safety rules on the site, as well as specific instructions,
- Control of the proper execution of work according to the studies and planning provided for the different trades,
- Verification of the realization according to the rules of the trade.
- Active participation in coordination:
- Attendance at internal and external coordination meetings.
- Participation in tests and commissioning operations.
- Site life:
- Contribution to the management of the base camp.
- Monitoring access controls.
- Document management and writing of minutes.
You will also be able to participate in various studies of the unit in the field of water treatment.
AND IF IT WAS YOU?
- At the end of your Bachelor or Master HES/EPF studies in civil engineering or environmental sciences, you have a particular interest in the field of water treatment and construction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you appreciate exchange and teamwork.
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Perfect command of French (oral and written).
- Knowledge of English and/or German (an asset).
