• Technical advice and support for our agricultural customers
• Customer master data maintenance and further development of customer relationships and territory development
• Active sales in the shop or by phone as well as carrying out promotions
• Independent parts identification and complete order processing in SAP
• Special procurement and handling of returns and credit notes
• Close coordination with the field sales team and other relevant interfaces

• Commercial training or agricultural training (e.g., farmer, agricultural machinery mechanic)
• Good technical understanding in the field of agricultural technology and interest in agricultural machinery are advantageous
• Ideally, first experience in sales in the agricultural / agricultural machinery sector
• Reliable, independent, as well as goal- and solution-oriented working style
• Service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
