We are looking for committed and empathetic professionals for our Ward 1 South. With around 50 employees and trainees, we offer a specialised and structured working environment. Our focus is on the treatment of elderly patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises. We often care for people with dementia, delirium and complex somatic comorbidities. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Deriving individual nursing needs and nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of trainees and students

Your profile
Diploma in health and nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team and values constructive collaboration
