Construction Manager: Civil Engineering 100%
Location Rothrist | Start date by arrangement
Your tasks
- Independent management of civil engineering projects (earthworks and utility works)
- Leadership and coordination of foremen, supervisors and construction teams
- Schedule, cost and quality control throughout all project phases
- Checking daily reports / time sheets as well as quantity recording and billing
- Order processing and communication with clients, planners and authorities
- Procurement and disposition of materials, machinery and subcontractors
- Ensuring occupational safety according to legal regulations (BauAV)
- Preparation of quotations in the work area
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the main construction trade at EFZ level
- Further training as construction manager or technician HF construction management
- Potential to take over the civil engineering division management (member of the executive board)
- Several years of proven experience in construction management in civil engineering
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and strong teamwork skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and common construction software (Sorba, Bluebeam)
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
