What you can achieve with us.

In this versatile role, you will look after several properties in the St. Gallen and Rhine Valley area and be the first point of contact for our customers. Your tasks include:

• Maintenance and monitoring of building services systems (HVACSE)
• Carrying out repair and maintenance work, commissioning and placing orders with third-party providers, final inspections of the work
• Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, etc.), obtaining quotes, liaising with customers and administrations
• Collaboration with external service providers and coordination of various contractors
• Performing administrative tasks within the scope of your duties
• On-call duty
• Garden work and site cleaning
• Holiday cover for postal service

• A completed technical education in the HVACS sector, as an electrical installer or a basic craft training with further education in technical building management
• Several years of professional experience in building technology
• Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working both in a team and alone
• Strong service mentality as well as organisational talent
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good IT skills
• Resident in the St. Gallen region (on-call duty)
