- Plant care: With a special eye for detail, you oversee the care of our orchids and floor plants to preserve the elegant atmosphere of our house.
- Guest care: You use your outstanding communication skills specifically to personally and individually care for our hotel and residence guests, especially our long-standing regular guests. You ensure that every guest feels completely comfortable with us and has an unforgettable stay.
- Technical responsibility: You ensure the proper handling of all machines, furnishings, devices, and cleaning agents. Your technical understanding and diligence contribute to the smooth operation of our house.
- Material care & discretion: You strictly observe the regulations for cleaning various materials and ensure the highest discretion towards our guests and the hotel in all matters.
- Deficiency lists & inventories: Together with the housekeeping manager, you create deficiency lists and conduct inventories to ensure seamless documentation and stock control.
Who you are
- Experience in luxury hospitality: You have solid professional experience in a comparable position and/or have worked for several years as a chambermaid in luxury hospitality. Your expertise in upscale hospitality makes you a true professional in your field.
- Language skills: With your knowledge of German and English, you are able to care for our international guests at the highest level and convince them with your charm. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Commitment & passion: Your love for detail, your ability to set priorities, and your motivation to always give your best characterize you. You are a natural leader who takes responsibility and works with heart and mind.
