• You are the first point of contact at our reception and warmly welcome expectant parents to the maternity ward
• You competently perform blood draws and laboratory tests and support the midwives and doctors during outpatient pregnancy check-ups
• You are responsible for the smooth organisational and administrative processes surrounding the examination and treatment procedures of our pregnant women and new mothers
• You ensure the efficient completion of general as well as patient-related administrative tasks, thereby supporting the interdisciplinary team

• You are a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or have a comparable qualification
• If you have professional experience in the women’s clinic, this is an advantage
• You are a well-organised team player with a reliable and independent working style
• You communicate confidently in German and are proficient in using modern computer applications and practice software
