For our STWEG team in Basel we are looking for a property management professional to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a portfolio with STWEG properties
• Ensuring property maintenance and coordinating maintenance and repair orders
• Preparing condition reports, budget planning and year-end closing work in cooperation with the accounting department
• Preparation and conduct of delegated STWEG and MEG meetings
• Written and personal contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the management of condominium ownership (federal specialist certificate in property management required)
• Service-oriented, precise working method and well organised
• Very good communication skills and confident appearance
• Good IT skills (MS Office programmes, GaraioREM an advantage)
• Driving licence category B
