This is what your job will look like
- You are responsible for target account planning of your assigned market segments and organize targeted customer events together with the market team
- You independently handle all sales-relevant processes – from potential identification through solution presentations and customer onboarding to contract conclusion of comprehensive ICT projects
- You manage your sales pipeline in a modern CRM system and ensure continuous and precise data maintenance
- You acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Netrics solution portfolio and are able to present it to customers with a benefit argumentation
- You maintain and develop sustainable relationships with C-level decision-makers at demanding Swiss SMEs and enterprise customers (+300 employees)
- You take a leading role in the offer process: together with BID management and solution architects, you coordinate the offer creation and ensure that the most important customer requirements are captured
- With your market feedback, you support the marketing team in developing successful marketing campaigns
What you should bring
- You have completed training in computer science with business management further education or a business administration degree with an IT focus and have at least 10 years of experience as a successful sales professional of complex solutions in the demanding B2B segment
- You have in-depth knowledge of modern cloud solutions and digital services, preferably in the Microsoft environment (Azure and M365), and know how to translate complex services into tangible business values for the customer and explain them clearly
- You are a convincing presenter and manage to communicate skillfully at all levels
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills
- You enjoy sales and dealing with people and manage to build and strengthen the necessary trust with customers in the long term
- You are a service-oriented, assertive, and responsible personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have interest, joy, and understanding of modern and digital technologies and want to develop further in this area
