Senior Manager Finance M&A Integration
Working closely with our Group M&A and Finance teams, you will play a key role in supporting with accounting and reporting guidance for acquisitions from deal evaluation through to post-merger integration. Acting as the finance lead for M&A activities, you’ll help ensure that finance processes for acquired businesses are successfully integrated into Sonova’s global financial and reporting environment.

More about the role
- Act as the finance and accounting lead for M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration activities
- Assess accounting and reporting implications of acquisition structures in collaboration with the Group M&A team
- Support financial due diligence activities and evaluate financial reporting risks and opportunities
- Lead the integration of acquired companies into Sonova’s accounting, reporting, and control frameworks
- Drive Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) processes and establish opening balance sheet positions
- Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across Finance, Tax, Treasury, IT, HR, Legal, and Operations
- Develop and deliver training on accounting policies, systems, reporting processes, and compliance standards
More about you
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Swiss CPA (or equivalent qualification) is required
- 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, external reporting, or audit
- Experience in M&A, financial integration, controlling, or public accounting environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex international projects across multiple functions and cultures
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
