Introduction

An established, regionally rooted fiduciary company in the greater Baden area is seeking, as part of a strategic development, an entrepreneurial-minded individual for a versatile management role.

Type of Work

• Execution and management of limited and regular audits (approx. 30%)
• Support and advice for SME clients in all fiduciary mandates (approx. 40%)
• Support for tax clients; tax advice etc. (approx. 30%)
• Collaboration on business management issues and special projects
• Gradual assumption of leadership and entrepreneurial responsibility

Requirements Profile

• Completed further education in the fiduciary/audit field (e.g. certified auditor or certified fiduciary expert with authorisation as audit expert)
• Several years of experience in auditing, preferably also fiduciary
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in a long-term perspective
• High social competence and enjoyment of client contact

• Partnership option as well as possibility of future company takeover
• Broad, varied field of activity with great scope for design
• Direct client contact and involvement in strategic decisions
