Your Tasks

• You are the contact person for our customers regarding technical enquiries, by phone, email or chat
• You analyse technical problems with machines and systems and develop solutions together with customers and colleagues
• You create and maintain technical documentation such as operating manuals, service documents and error reports
• You support the commissioning, maintenance and optimisation of electrical and control technology components
• You provide feedback from customer contact to development and production, thus contributing to continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. as an electronics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or electrical installer EFZ, ideally with further training as a technician HF or engineer FH
• Sound knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and control technology
• Knowledge in computer science or computer technology (networks, software, hardware) is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation as well as a confident and friendly manner
• Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in creating clear and understandable documentation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and/or English skills are a plus
