Currently, around 800 employees work at 11 locations for renowned clients from industry, commerce, and trade. For our general cargo logistics division, we are looking to strengthen our order acceptance team with a 100% workload.

• Customer service and advice (including major clients)
• Acceptance and recording of transport orders
• Administrative support for driving personnel and dispatch
• Information and clarifications by telephone and in writing

• Commercial basic training
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• French language skills are an advantage
• Teamwork and commitment
• Customer-friendly communication style
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Experience in the transport sector is an advantage
