Control Room and Supervision Staff (a) 85 %- Opening and closing of the museum
- Monitoring and control of security-relevant systems such as cameras, alarms, and fire detection systems; initiating appropriate measures if necessary
- Access control for third parties
- Badge management and creation according to guidelines
- Contact person for emergency services in case of incidents
- Support for the security management in various administrative tasks in the security area
- Supervision of the art in the assigned rooms
- Ensuring museum operations and compliance with museum rules
- Absolutely responsible and a high level of confidentiality
- Technical understanding of security systems (fire alarm, intrusion alarm, CCTV) as well as IT knowledge
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Good communication skills and quick comprehension
- Teamwork skills and willingness for cross-departmental collaboration
