Interface & Automation Product Specialist
Work region: French-speaking Switzerland, Lausanne/Yverdon area

In this role, you will actively participate in developing our presence in the Swiss market by bringing your expertise, advisory skills and solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Area of responsibility:

• Technical advice in pre- and aftersales for the Interface & Automation product range (via MS Teams or on site)
• Prepare, analyse and follow up on quotations
• Manage warranty cases, complaints and returns
• Participate in the launch of new products, including conducting training sessions
• Independently lead and coordinate customer projects

Your profile:

• Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German (level C1)
• Technical training (electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or equivalent)
• Experience in technical support and/or sales of technical solutions
• Strong affinity for technology and enjoyment in collaborating with customers to find suitable solutions
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
