Employee (m/f/d) Grinding Shop 100%
· You give sheet metal parts a precise, high-quality finish – visible and tangible.
· You deburr, round edges and perfect surfaces.
· You make weld seams invisible and ensure flawless transitions.
· You actively implement KVP/5S and contribute your own ideas to improve processes.
· You work on both manual and automated grinding processes.
· Several years of experience in the metalworking industry
· Ideally trained as a locksmith, welder or plant builder
· Confident handling of belt, hand and angle grinders
· Very good eye for detail as well as experience in reading technical drawings
· High manual precision and a sense of aesthetics
· Willingness to work in a two-shift system
· You are also a reliable team player, open to new things, and wish to help shape a cultural environment
· A natural attitude towards optimisation and improvement suggestions
