Tasks
Finding the right price for the right customer at the right time. This is our challenge. In this key role, you combine business judgment, quantitative rigor, and technology fluency to conceptualize, design, and implement data-driven innovations that maximize revenue. Specifically, we ask you to:
- Define, solve, and improve mathematical and econometric models for RM (e.g. demand forecasting, price optimization, optimal product bundling, competitor intelligence)
- Apply statistics, OR, and simulations to develop solutions to business problems and to identify revenue opportunities
- Leverage AI and automation to transform and modernize our RM tools and processes
- Stay on top of market dynamics, competitor moves, and industry trends, and translate that into concrete initiatives
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations of complex information to peers, interfaces, and management
- Manage numerous stakeholders with a clear focus on collaboration, empathy, and reaching the collective optimum
- Become a center of expertise who can lead complex initiatives in the field of airline RM

Requirements
- University master's degree (PhD as asset) in a quantitative field
- Strong business acumen; experience in RM is an asset
- Solid knowledge in statistics, econometrics, and OR, with proven ability to apply these to real business problems
- Working proficiency in programming (e.g. Python, R) sufficient to build, test, and adapt models and tools
- Comfort with AI and automation technologies as tools to apply and integrate
- Curiosity and up-to-date understanding of market and industry developments
- Entrepreneurial spirit: able to identify opportunities, take ownership, and drive projects forward independently
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated team player
- Fluency in English
