Maintenance Clerk 60% / Maintenance Mechanic 40%

Warehouse Management:

• Recording new spare parts as well as maintaining spare parts master data
• Carrying out goods receipts, incoming inspections, storage and retrieval
• Booking warehouse entries and exits as well as transfers
• Conducting warehouse inventories

System Support:

• Managing the SAMA database: managing components, creating maintenance plans
• Shipping parts for external processing, returns, etc.
• Creating and processing orders in SAP
• Processing jobs

Mechanical Work:

• Performing general maintenance work and repairs
• Assisting with revisions and projects
• Implementing improvements as well as preventive maintenance work
• Processing parts and adjustment work
• Function checks before handing over systems to operators
• Willingness to be on call and for special deployments (outside normal working hours) due to 7/24 shift operation
• Conducting inspection rounds

Your Profile:

• Certified Polymechanic
• Certified Agricultural Machinery Mechanic advantageous
• SAP knowledge (ordering, spare parts) and SAMA knowledge advantageous
• Maintenance specialist advantageous
• German: business fluent
• Several years of experience in maintenance
• Welding experience advantageous
• Interest in hydraulic and pneumatic controls
• Industry experience, paper industry advantageous
• Organised, independent, careful, goal-oriented, responsible, as well as thoughtful and entrepreneurial working style
• Open-minded, team-oriented and cooperative personality with a positive basic attitude
