Toggweiler is a laboratory for medical analyses in the Zurich region and a member of the network of local laboratories Sonic Suisse.
Your mission with us
Become part of our dedicated team at the Toggweiler laboratory and help shape the future of our leading and innovative company in this key role.
Your role in this position
- Operational management (technical and personnel) of the General Analytics department (CoreLab, Administration/Ambulatory, Sample Reception)
- Responsibility for conducting analyses, as well as the introduction of equipment, new analyses or technical improvements
- Clinical consultation (indication, interpretation of findings)
- Selection, monitoring and documentation of suitable subcontractors and suppliers in consultation with the site manager and General Director Zurich
- Participation in the budgeting process
- Management of various projects of Medizinische Laboratorien Dr. Toggweiler AG as well as participation in group projects
- Collaboration with relevant authorities
Your profile
- FAMH in Clinical Chemistry, Haematology or polyvalent
- Several years of experience in a polyvalent laboratory/hospital laboratory and in personnel management
- Experience in organisational development and laboratory management
- Conceptual thinking, sense of responsibility, teamwork, flexibility
- Very good German skills required, additional language skills advantageous
- Dynamic, resilient and customer-oriented personality
