Our client, the attractive Schiffländi retirement home in the heart of Gränichen, offers a needs-based and loving home for 100 residents. In addition to the main building, this includes the "Haus am Bach", a specialised residential area with 20 units for people with dementia. To expand the team, we are looking for a motivated, committed and experienced individual as
Ward Manager (HF/FH) 80%-100%
Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a nursing team including duty planning, employee discussions and administrative tasks
- Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and support of the residents
- Ensuring and monitoring the electronic nursing documentation
- Contact person for residents, relatives and external specialist agencies including coordination of medical rounds
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process as well as active participation in daily nursing care
- Guidance and support of apprentices, students and interns
- Participation in quality development and promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH (Level III)
- Leadership experience as well as motivating and appreciative communication at eye level
- Ensuring a smooth daily ward routine and promoting appreciative and team-oriented collaboration
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Joy and motivation in dealing with elderly people
- Independent, reliable and resilient personality with assertiveness
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as pronounced service orientation
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good IT skills in MS Office 365, knowledge of PEP, RAI LTCF and LOBOS is an advantage
