The SOS & Assistance team consists of a multicultural group of passionate and helpful colleagues who advise our insured clients on immediate measures in emergencies. We are currently looking for a working student to support us in receiving and processing claims. You will gain an exciting insight into the claims department within a large company.

What you do

• You handle the reception of telephone calls in the event of a claim 24/7
• You are in direct contact with customers and partners
• You coordinate the deployment of international service partners or towing services after car accidents/breakdowns
• You take on administrative tasks such as processing claims, paying invoices, and handling telephone and written customer enquiries
• You work on days Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:15; working hours can be adjusted depending on semester workload.

What you bring

• Enrolment at a university or university of applied sciences
• Excellent German skills, good Italian skills, French skills are an advantage
• High customer orientation as well as a service- and solution-oriented approach
• Ability and motivation to work under pressure while remaining calm
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday including public holidays
