About the job

For 90 years, our owner-managed Swiss family business has stood for quality and innovative strength. With around 110 employees, we develop and produce high-quality baby nappies, sanitary pads, and incontinence products for the international wholesale and retail trade.

As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a strong leadership, practically oriented personality.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for availability, performance, and further development of our production facilities and infrastructure, spare parts procurement
• Active participation in the facilities for troubleshooting & sustainable optimisations
• Technical and personnel management of the technology team (7 employees)
• Ensuring economical, preventive maintenance including spare parts management
• Management of investment projects (modifications and new acquisitions) from specification to commissioning
• Technical assessment of product innovations and new materials

Your profile

• Basic craft training with advanced technical education
• Many years of leadership experience in a production company
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of practical work on machines
• Broad technical expertise and structured problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and assertiveness
• German as mother tongue, business fluent English
