The Essentials in Brief

In this role, you are the point of contact for referrers, patients, and our interprofessional management teams. In triage, you take on a central role in assessing and clarifying inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient referrals, thereby contributing to timely and needs-based treatment.

What You Can Look Forward To

• You triage patients and assign them to the appropriate service (outpatient, partial inpatient, or inpatient)
• You are the first point of contact for internal specialist departments and external referrers
• You maintain and strengthen your network within the organisation
• You work closely with management from outpatient, inpatient, and day clinic areas
• You actively contribute to the optimisation of our processes (Lean approach)
• You recognise bottlenecks early and act in a solution-oriented and proactive manner

What You Bring

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF with experience in psychiatry
• Ideally experience in patient triage or coordination
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• An open, reflective, and proactive personality
• Calmness, empathy, and overview – even in challenging situations
