Advisor Estate Planning/Executor

What to expect with us

• You advise our private clients, plan estates and draft wills, marriage and inheritance contracts.
• You independently manage mandates in the areas of executorship and estate division.
• As a lawyer, you are the contact person and interface for our financial advisors in Bern on the topic of estates.
• You complete a practice-oriented training programme alongside your work, in which you build broad knowledge of all financial topics.

What you bring with you

• Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law / business law
• Professional experience in marriage and inheritance law is a plus, but not a must
• Analytical and structured thinking and working style
• Enjoyment in contact with clients
