Renewable energies are more important today than ever before: and with that, the heat pump moves further into focus. In your role as Field Service Technician for Heat Pumps (m/f/d) in the St. Gallen Region you will significantly contribute to advancing sustainable energy solutions. With your expertise and technical skill, you commission our heat pumps and take on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Tasks

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heating systems at end customers

• Service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies by phone and on site to ensure our customer satisfaction

• Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service in the extended area of your deployment region

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

Are you technically skilled, love working on heating solutions, and characterised by high customer orientation and willingness to travel? As a service technician, you can apply these strengths meaningfully with us! Furthermore, you have:

• A completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology or electrician / electrical installer and ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician

• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology or climate and ventilation technology

• Knowledge of the structure and functioning of heating systems, especially heat pumps

• Ideally in possession of the refrigeration certificate category 1

• Valid driving licence class B

• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
