Planning, coordinating, keeping an overview, organisation is exactly your thing?

As an Assembly Dispatcher, you ensure that our assembly teams are deployed at the right place at the right time and are also an important contact person for our customers and internal interfaces.

Your future tasks

• Efficient planning and coordination of our assembly teams and their deployments on construction sites
• Advising our customers by phone and e-mail as well as processing appointment and material requests
• Organising and coordinating material deliveries to construction sites in cooperation with internal departments
• Assuming a central hub function between customers, field service, project management, service, and assembly
• Ensuring timely scheduling and actively participating in the ongoing optimisation of our processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ or EBA, for example in the commercial sector, in dispatch or logistics
• Very good German and French skills are mandatory for this role
• Experience in dispatch or deployment planning as well as good geographical knowledge of Switzerland is an advantage
• Good MS Office and ideally ERP knowledge
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style as well as strong communication and team skills
