You have gained initial leadership experience - ideally in retail - and now want to take the next step? Then become part of our successful team.

Your tasks:

• Deputy store management
• Support in the organisation, planning and personnel management of 15-20 employees
• Support in the creation, training and leadership of employees
• Implementation of merchandise presentation standards and active assistance on the sales floor
• Ensuring strong customer orientation and high service quality

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience, initial leadership experience, ideally in retail
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Leadership personality with strong team skills
• Commitment and sense of responsibility
