Your Task

You lead employees professionally and personally and ensure the care processes of your department
You lead by example every day, guiding and motivating your team to top performance
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the care team

What You Bring

Training as a certified nursing professional
Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with corresponding training
Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector as well as in dealing with people with dementia
You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
You think economically and have RAI knowledge
