- Ensuring timely service billing according to common tariffs, mainly Tardoc/outpatient flat rates and Swiss DRG
- Processing of rejections
- Coverage clarifications with guarantors
- Cost approval management
- Operation of the main cash desk
- Verification of unpaid invoices
- Written and telephone clarifications with internal and external services
- Correspondence with patients, insurers, municipalities, cantons
- Taking on additional tasks
You
- Completed commercial and/or medical basic training
- Experience in healthcare, especially in patient billing
- Good MS Office user skills, experience with ERP Navision is an advantage
- Good knowledge of social insurance
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; business fluent in another foreign language such as English and/or French
- Resilient and flexible team player
- High customer orientation, communication and conflict resolution skills
