Restaurant Staff Member

• Service duties for patients, guests and employees both in the dining hall and the public café, including all associated tasks
• Assistance with the organisation of aperitifs and special events
• Support in the training of apprentices in the area in consultation with supervisors
• Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as occupational safety including cost regulations and safety provisions concerning our patients
• Self-responsibility for tasks, projects, rooms or machines according to delegation by supervisors

• Completed training as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ
• Experience in service, preferably in a similar environment (nursing home, clinic or hospital)
• Very good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German
• Flexibility (working according to duty roster)
• Team-oriented, honest and reliable personality
• Neat appearance and respectful manners
• Great empathy and skill in dealing with elderly patients

• Regular working hours (between 6.00 am and 7.45 pm)
• Weekend and public holiday allowances (CHF 8.00/hour)
• At least 27 days holiday
