Your Tasks

• Planning and organisation of transports taking into account customer requirements, routes, vehicle capacities and legal regulations
• Order acceptance, processing and scheduling in close cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Coordination and monitoring of the vehicle fleet as well as the drivers
• Administrative tasks in the area of ARV and LSVA as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Planning of vehicle maintenance, repairs as well as holiday and deployment planning of the drivers

Your Strengths

• Completed training in logistics, transport, forwarding or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling, ideally in transport
• Sound knowledge of transport and logistics processes as well as legal regulations (ARV/LSVA)
• Driving licence category CE and valid CZV certificate
• Good knowledge of German as well as French
• Organised, reliable and solution-oriented personality with an independent working style
