Become part of our e-commerce trainee programme! Are you interested in e-commerce and want to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment? Then we look forward to your unsolicited application! In our trainee programme, you will learn hands-on how modern online retail works 6 from product marketing to customer communication. We offer you the opportunity to work on real projects, take on responsibility, and continuously develop yourself.
You will learn how websites become more visible through search engine optimisation (SEO), newsletters, and social media, and how to prepare content strategically and tailored to the target audience.
Write professional emails to customers and suppliers, create inspiring posts for social media or newsletters 6 and develop a sense for tone and target audience communication.
You will work with modern tools such as Trello for project organisation, Excel for data analysis, and artificial intelligence to increase efficiency.
From day one, you will be actively involved: you plan smaller projects, prepare meetings, organise (online) events, or support new marketing campaigns.
The world of numbers also belongs to e-commerce: you assist with simple accounting tasks, learn how receipts are posted and invoices checked 6 and gain an understanding of how a company functions economically.
As part of the team, you will experience e-commerce holistically 6 this also includes working in the warehouse: you help with picking orders, packing parcels, and gain insights into the entire shipping process. This way, you understand what it really means when an online purchase reaches our customers.
