Your Tasks
- You ensure the provision of high-quality and quantitatively excellent care for our residential patients
- You care for the residents in daily life according to their individual needs and our care guidelines
- You participate in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- You maintain the care documentation thoroughly and independently
- You assist in the training of our apprentices
- You take on daily responsibility
Your Profile
- You have completed training and have several years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- You are independent, competent and enjoy working in a team
- You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
- You have good oral and written German skills
- You have good IT skills
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
