Responsibilities:
You take on a central role in financial management and accompany planning, forecasts, and ongoing performance analysis.
As a sparring partner, you provide meaningful financial analyses and translate complex figures into clear decision-making bases for management.
You critically analyse deviations, risks, and economic potentials and develop practical recommendations to improve company performance.
You actively shape the further development of KPIs, reporting, and controlling instruments and ensure transparent financial information.
Qualifications:
A completed degree with a focus on finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable qualification qualifies you for this role.
You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable controlling, finance, or accounting function.
You are proficient in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis and enjoy working data-driven.
Very good Excel skills are required.
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
