Tasks
Your apprenticeship
In the training to become a Childcare Specialist, you care for and accompany children from 3 months to 6 years in their daily routine. You learn to care for the children, accompany them, and promote their development in an age-appropriate manner. You help to organise the daily schedule and support the team with household management. You treat the children lovingly and empathetically and include them. You pass on special observations to the professionals in your team.

- Completed compulsory schooling (secondary, middle or district school)
- Interest and enjoyment in working with children
- Enjoyment in contact with other people
- You are interested, motivated and responsible
- You are open, friendly and communicative
- You have good manners and enjoy working in a team
