• You are responsible for an application portfolio over the entire life cycle, from introduction to decommissioning.
• You coordinate, analyze, and resolve incidents within the scope of incident, request, problem, and change management.
• You independently take care of installation, packaging, and distribution of applications.
• You advise the application managers of our customers and contribute your expertise to projects as well as to the further development of the application landscape.
• You calculate and budget the operational efforts of your application portfolio and design efficient services.

• IT specialist EFZ with higher education (HF/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or comparable.
• You are very familiar with SaaS and PaaS solutions and have experience in supporting on-premise applications.
• You have solid knowledge in software packaging and distribution (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, PSADT, PatchMyPC).
• You master PowerShell and/or other scripting languages and use them specifically to automate applications and operational processes.
• Administration of Windows clients and servers is your daily bread. Certifications in the Microsoft environment are desired.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and enjoy working in a team.
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
