At the edge of the forest in Saas-Fee, SKI IN SKI OUT from the Stafelwald slope, the Schäferstube with its unique sun terrace is definitely worth a visit.
As young hosts of the region, we bring new life to the gastronomy of Saas-Fee. Both of us have worked in leadership positions in upscale gastronomy/hotel businesses and have acquired solid expertise there.
Honest craftsmanship mixed with creativity, precision and a lot of love for local, high-quality products characterise us.
