About the job
Your tasks include
- Application of various therapeutic models such as mindfulness, theme-centred group discussions, creative work with different materials
- Preliminary talks with day care patients
- Independent conception and organisation of group therapies
- Participation and shared responsibility in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Collaboration with social institutions and authorities
- Responsibility and shaping of interprofessional competent collaboration
- Responsible for the ongoing documentation of individual group progress
- Participation in reports, case discussions, intervisions, team meetings, supervisions as well as further training and education
- Independent organisation and implementation of offers within the framework of leisure activities and leisure programmes
You bring with you
- Psychiatric nursing HF/FH or qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Independent, communicative, resilient, competent and flexible personality, preferably with several years of professional experience in psychiatry
- Willingness and possibility to temporarily increase the workload during colleagues’ holiday absences
- Enjoyment and experience in working with groups including registration interviews in individual settings
- Willingness to work in a multiprofessional team
