- As a member of our small and interdisciplinary treatment team, you will advise patients in an outpatient setting.
- After a thorough onboarding, you will support patients through social counseling, job coaching, and case management with the goal of social and professional reintegration into their life and work environments.
- In your varied daily work, you will conduct individual and group discussions and maintain close communication with the treatment team.
- As a social worker in the outpatient adult psychiatry department, you will participate in reports, case discussions, and training sessions, and maintain relationships with authorities, social insurances, and employers.
- You have a degree in social work (FH level) and have gained initial professional experience in social counseling, preferably in the psychiatric field.
- You have furthered your education in social insurance law, job coaching, and/or case management or are willing to do so.
- Your interest lies in interdisciplinary treatment that is oriented towards the needs of patients and their relatives.
