We are strengthening our team in North Rhine-Westphalia with a (Key) Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for business with committed customers
- Driving strategies and programmes to expand business and gain market share
- Deepening relationships and building competitive knowledge
- Clear understanding of existing customers and planning strategies to acquire new customers
- You negotiate strategic decisions at various management levels
- Coordination and collaboration with employees from engineering, marketing and inside sales
- Coordination of web training for customers
Your profile:
- Completed business or technological studies or a comparable completed training
- Extensive professional experience in sales, preferably in the field of electronic components
- A good basic understanding of electrical engineering
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- A likeable manner and customer-oriented working style
- Motivation, ambition and resilience
- Enjoyment of customer visits and the associated travel activity
