Workshop Employee (m/f/d) – 60%

📍 Emmen (LU)
📅 Start: immediately or by arrangement
📄 Permanent

Your tasks

• Repair of suitcases and travel luggage
• Support and advice for our customers in aftersales
• Processing of service and warranty cases
• Coordination and documentation of orders
• Administrative tasks (MS Office)
• Support in technical clarifications

Ideally, you bring the following

• Completed training (e.g., as a mechanic)
• Manual skills and joy in repairs
• Solution-oriented and creative thinking
• Versatility and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German skills (spoken & written)
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team spirit and strong customer orientation
