You reliably manage correspondence related to our clients
With your competent and friendly manner, you inspire our clients as well as guests - both in person and on the phone
Even on busy days, you keep an overview and a cool head
During the absence of team members, you are ready to flexibly take on assignments at other locations

You have experience from a similar role and ideally in a similar environment
You handle administrative tasks skillfully and with passion thanks to your training as a businesswoman or businessman
You are characterized by your very precise and reliable way of working
You express yourself fluently both orally and in writing
You are familiar with MS Office programs. You quickly and easily get excited about new programs
