The core competence of Vanomag AG lies in providing rail cranes and tamping machines in standard and meter gauge with skilled and motivated staff. Furthermore, Vanomag AG offers customers system solutions for renewal work in the track area. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on personality as a crane operator immediately or by arrangement.

These tasks await you:

• Operating our rail cranes for the renewal of track and switch systems
• Using specific lifting equipment
• Early detection of defects or wear on the machine
• Work preparation on the construction site
• Active participation in the workflow on the construction site
• Maintenance and repair work on the machines during winter revision and on construction sites

You should bring the following:

• Technical apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery, truck, or construction machinery mechanic
• Practical experience as a crane or excavator operator in track construction or operating mobile cranes
• Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic units is an advantage
• Good physical condition
• Reliability and punctuality as well as willingness for changing working hours and locations
• Flexibility for day/night and weekend shifts in a team
• High sense of responsibility and safety awareness in the track area
• Reliability, high commitment, and teamwork skills
• Good German skills, multilingualism is an advantage
• Car driving license
