Construction Foreman 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

Starting immediately or by arrangement, you will actively support the site manager on the construction site and share responsibility for a smooth process. You assist in planning and coordinating the work, keep an overview, and also lend a hand yourself. With your practical understanding, you ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are fulfilled. At the same time, you are an important contact person for the team: you support your colleagues, pass on your knowledge, and contribute to a motivated and collegial working atmosphere.

You have successfully completed training as a foreman and already gained experience in this role. Or you have a qualification as a bricklayer EFZ and now want to take the next step by attending foreman school and taking on more responsibility. You work independently, keep an eye on deadlines and costs, and enjoy leading and motivating a team. With your committed manner, you can inspire and enthuse others. Ideally, you hold a category B driving licence.
